Hi

I am curious to find out how many people take chlorella and have a lot of mercury fillings, and what results they have achieved(positive or negative).

I had started to take chlorella and had some worsening of my symptoms but not sure if this is to do with a beneficial detox effect, or a side effect due to mercury chellated from my 10 fillings.

I am trying to find a "superfood" to help build up my energy and to battle my candida.

I would appreciate any feed back from your experiences.
