hi, although i have no idea about replacing lemons with applecider i am very interested if this is possible. i live in ontario and i was trying to figure out a way of doing a cleanse with all local ingredients. so far i make my own syrup and i make cider vinegar and im sure some sort of hot pepper like cayenne could be grown here.

im on day 7 right now i'll maybe try the next couple drinks or even days with cider vinegar and see how it goes.
