Regarding the butter and cod oil improving teeth, I saw they had both liquid and capsules. Do you happen to know if that's something that has to be swished in the teeth or is it something you simply swallow down the hatch to see the benefits to the enamel?

Good stuff on the pulse. I shall order some... lots, probably.
