I am a fasting QUEEN..

done MANY juice nad Master-Cleanse and water over the past 3 years..
sure I feel and look great...
but EVERY time all the weight comes back on.
I have been a vegan for over 15 years!
HIGH raw for the last 3

PO am NOT fat
I am 5'7" 140 right now the heavyest I have EVERY been I actually thihk fasting SCREWED up my metabolism!

I have always been 120-131...

I have a little pouch just under my belly button that will not go away unless I starve myself for 10+ days..
I have very small breasts and my ribs show..but my abdomen...forget about it, I am 40 this year and it's only going to get worse....

That's it...

I am the perfect candidate!
Healthy, in shape ( I run marathons, lift weigths and teach spinning)

I am doing it FRIDAY - cannot wait

I have decided to do a mono fruit/greens diet up to my surgery...
MONO MAY

HAve 18 oranges yesterday with all the spinach and leafy greens I wanted
Am doing the same today!

ONe fruit a day, all the greens (leafy and celery) I want!
