It seems the only people passing "mucoid plaque" are those who use products containing Bentonite and psyllium. I've browsed the forums over a few years time and don't recall coming across anyone who has passed MP on a regular fast without Bentonite and psyllium.

Has anyone passed MP on a water, master cleanse, or juice fast while NOT using Bentonite and psyllium? If so, can you reply here and tell us about your experience? How many days did you fast before passing MP?
