So much of it is a matter of slowing down, and listening. Slowing down and being able to discern what things are helping, working, and what things are done to distraction, like Elemental Iodine and how it leads to toxicity.

Slow down, and listen. Your formula for the drink has simply been wonderful. And so simple.
