Mo... dont worry about the cholestorol figure. A person who eats dead food has a totally different composition than a person who eats living foods. Trying to say that a person should be at a certain point is silly. Its like saying all woman should wear the same bra size. Or all men should be at a height of 6'2"

Stick to how you feel as an indicator Mo... thats all you should be concerned about.
