Just one warning. Be careful when using a fiber supplement. People with UC have an imbalance of intestinal flora. If you take too much of the supplement, it will wipe out the good flora and leave you dangerously depleted. Primal Defense will not replenish the flora. You will need real probiotics. Your best bet will be not to use the fiber supplement at all, period.
