There must be a way to determine whether mms depletes minerals and vitamins. Hasnt Jim Humble addressed this? It would help to know exactly which if any it depletes.
I take a lot of antoxidant minerals and vitamins which I believe help my ulcerative colitis. I havent got my Miracle-Mineral-Supplement yet and was going to try a zapper first. I am as yet unsure what to do with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to avoid problems. I only knew about it through reading Amatos posts in the UC forum. Using it as an enema has been suggested but if it is irritant this doesnt seem a good idea with UC
