you bring up a good point i definetly have liver/gallbladder stones as i have done 2 cleanses and got over 80 stones all small but still an eyeopener. I do occasionally have pain on my right side right under/below my ribs well not really pain but a pulsing pressure tightness there. (I have a high pain tolerence so to some it might be painful but it wasn't bad for me i mostly ignored it cause i figured what it was) I have a huge family history of gallstones. My grandmother had her gallbladder removed at 23 my mother had her's removed this last November at the age of 45 and my sister just had hers removed in January at the age of 21 for one little stone unbelievable... They wouldn't listen to me about doing a Liver Flush but ohh well what can i do but take care of myself and my family.. Now my mother has had permanant diarrhea since it was removed and my sister has bouts of it... I know i need to do more Liver Cleanses but i got SOOOOOOO sick the last two times so i'm just so hesitant... I didn't use Epsom Salt both times soo that might help but the biggest issues i had was with the oil... I honestly can think of oil and gag in fact i'm doing it right now.. haha but i got oil in capsules now so hopefully it will help but my body wants to reject oil like crazy and i throw up soooo much its crazy but not usually until its been in my body for a couple hours so it still has had a chance to work thankfully. Anyways on to better subjects haha

I took a Epsom Salt bath last night but unfortunatly used hot water and yes i was dizzy afterwards and had to go outside undressed to cool down then i felt better (thankfully i have noone that lives on either side or behind me) so i won't do that again i thought i was going to pass out and felt really nauseus. Plus i have a history of very very low BP soo that doesn't help at all i'm sure.

I really appreciate all the time you have all put into answering my frantic pleas..... I really was very sick and really had nowhere to turn that understood everyones reaction (other than my hubby he supports me but doesn't have knowledge) is well why are you doing that isn't it dangerous your body wants you to eat... soo it really helps to have a forum to come to and just vent sometimes about the difficulties of detoxifying. Its so sad to me that more people don't care about their bodies and living to their full potential... I feel very happy that i developed this passion in natural healing at such a young age and also found curezone to help me explore more ways of feeling whole again...
