HI , I am getting lipo on May 9th!!

Just around my bellly!!

I am wondering if I should go on a juice fast for 5-7 days?
Fat cells shrink so I am thinking they will get more fat cells out!
Then again, they may not remove enough volume and when I start eating again it wil all be for waste?

I am so excited!!
I have been working out for YEAR but that roll does not go away!!

Advice?
