hey =) i have debated over the whole toothpaste/teeth brushing thing in my fasts this year...my conclusion (for me anyway) is as long as it all gets rinsed carefully and spit out, i personally am good, dont have any unusual hunger weirdness, and overall feel better for having brushed. im guessing a purist may so no way, so i guess im not a purist =)

on a tooth whitening note, i tried specifically for whitening a combo of baking soda, hydro peroxide, and white vinegar. i am not sure if i read about that on curezone or some other site. wow. amazing something so simple and cheap can do such amazing whitening on the teeth like it does. i only do this once a week or two weeks cuz frankly i think the peroxide is scary to put in my mouth. ive read to absolutely not swallow any peroxide and be very careful.
