I had alot of low mineral symptoms like muscle aches, unusual fatigue, heart palps,
toe cramps, etc. I stopped Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and increased my mineral intake alot. The symptoms disappeared.
Regarding the anti-oxidants, I was tested.
My body is in a depleted state, my immune system is low, I have gotten allergies this season, for the first time in my life- low anti-oxidant status is the contributing factor.
