I am thinking about doing a 3 day raw carrot/celery cleanse next week. I have been feeling "full" and bloated. I think it is time to clean out. I am going to do my first large 1.5 quart enema as well. Then I will do a 3 day water/broth "fast".
I am hoping this does the trick. Maybe I will start doing this monthly.
