I'm doing a 3 day juice fast, closing in on Day 1 now. Question: In addition to fresh squeezed juice, can I also drink The Master Cleanse lemonade recipe? While I can juice at home and drink the freshly squeezed juice immediately, that's not possible when I'm at work and on the go, sooo.... Can I make some master cleanse lemonade in the morning and take it out with me during the day? Will that hurt or negate anything I'm doing with the juice? I guess I'm concerned about the maple syrup.
