Thanks. I'm pretty much planning on avoiding it for the rest of my life.
It's hard, but one good thing is you avoid soooo much other bad stuff from avoiding gluten. You pretty much have to stay away from all processed foods so stuff like trans fat, MSG, etc. You end up avoiding too. =)
