All fasting books recommend that you don't break a fast in the middle of a healing crisis. You wait for the healing crisis to pass. You did a big no-no.

Sorry, I'm not experienced enough to know how to fix it, I just know that you shouldn't do it. Maybe I can look it up in one of my books...
