Ohh goodness as i'm writing this my head is pounding my stomach is churning and my eyes are killing me wanting me to close them but when i do i'm dizzy..... I threw up alot of water after I drank it this morning so I feel slightly better than i did before i threw up i though i was dying... Am i the only one that gets this sick when it hasn't even been a full day of fasting?? My first fast i was sick at night and threw up too the first day with white stringy stuff in the water, same this time. But I didn't feel as sick as this time. Is it because ive recently taken some Antibiotics ? and my body is trying to eliminate them from my system?? I'm hoping to go a full 14 days this time last time I only got to 7 which I thought was good for a first fast... I'm not hungry at all just sick, soooo sick.. Any suggestions on what to do to feel better I really am not sure what to do I want to curl up in a ball and forget the world or be knocked out right now.... please any suggestions will be appreciated.
