It speaks well that we have over a million hits and nearly 9500 messages. I think the caring part is because we are all in trouble with our health. We want to find something that will help us and in turn help others with whom we are sympathetic. Since we are pioneers in this therapy, it really helps to have support from others who are, as well, experimenting. We try to keep it a support forum. Nay sayers have no place in a support forum. We only need to hear if anyone finds real problems with the therapy. We all know the risks of taking something new. Many of us have experimented with new stuff for many years.

We know how.

Study. Start slowly. Be aware. Share experience.
