I am doing the alkalizing baths, and I really love the one with just the apple cider vinegar in it..seems to really help break up or soak out acid build up. I feel really more flexible the next day. I change the baths around though. I didn't have a problem with my bleached hair until I only added in the acv..could that be harsher than with the hyrodgen peroxide, Epsom salt and apple cider vinegar or is it maybe all those things or maybe none and it's something else?

I make my green juice in the evenings and have 3-4 oz at a time during the next day..for about 1/2 qt. or around there.

I can't abide the taste one bit of the Epsom Salts for now..I've tried in many different things. I do take calcium citrate with magnesium oxide then sip on the distilled water with the molasses and vinegar. The vinegar is alway Bragg acv with the mother in it.

I mist with the 3% hydrogen peroxide, use the cooling/cold showers after the baths. I use celtic sea salt but am wondering if I should cut it out.

I have the kelp powder and I'm just so afraid of trying it..but I will in the next day or two. If I hate in the drink can I try adding it to a smoothie?

I felt I had to add vit a & d supps due to going from SoCal to colder darker climate in Sept. and after 6 mo. of dark and rain I really felt the need for it. It's from cod liver oil.

I'll post other question(s) on next post.

-----------I feel better and have seen improvement in swelling going down and more flexiblity since doing all the above.------------
