I have read about the metal filling thing. And since Ive tried everything else and my naturopath told me I have metal toxicity ....I started having them out. Have now had two out. But a week after the first one was removed, I felt better than I had in 5 years! So Im having out one a month (theyre not cheap to do) until theyre all out.

I still have bloating, etc. but am able to eat a few new things. Got bold the ohter
night and had a few SIPS of a lemmon soda (no sugar) which would have put me in bed
for a weeke earlier. And no reaction. Still on the diet..but feeling better and fired up!
