So, the comparison to peeling layers of the onion would be right on, in that getting the liver unplugged (it was in very bad shape starting all of this, and I'm still working on it, but it's much better- plugged with parasites/stones, no gallbladder) would be important. And having the colon eliminating/cleansed for the liver to be able to dump it's stuff.

Babirye and I share the same Dr, thankfully, he's turned out to be one of those very small percentages of Alt Health Dr.'s that is good, and that's where she's talking about that she's gotten the Nano detox...but because of the distance involved, we go once a month, and alot of the learning has been on my own through you guys- thank you for being here, there's alot that can be learned.

Gosh, no wonder so many of us hit our 40's-50's feeling like crap too...and only end up frustrated without answers from MD's.

And that's also why I'm asking you guys...I don't know what I'm doing and don't want to find out the hard way that I've been wrong in guessing :(

This is all going to be a lifetime of learning experience, I realize that...but I'm also determined that I'm going to feel better in my 50's than I did in my 40's (I'm 48) and now looking back, in my 30's..and probably my 20's! This isn't just a recent, all of sudden thing that's hit, years and years of it coming to this- which I'm sure we all know now, but had no idea of at the time.
