It isn't the salt but the change in salt intake that is the issue. Starting with the Miracle Adrenal mix and slowly changing the ratio in favor of salt will help:

NOTE: If you use Celtic salt the high magnesium content will also cancel some sodium. I would bake this salt prior to use though:
