Chris, the last few weeks, when not fasting properly, i've been doing a type of IF, and haven't eaten until 4pm. I had no problem with that. Going to lunchtime is easy, i don't actually feel hungry first thing. I had the weekend off, but still didn't want breakfast. Anyway i'm giving that up now to do the 5 days of fasting etc, but when i'm refeeding i'll skip breakfast, or do you think i should have fruit as i'm actually refeeding.

My son usually has wholegrain cereal and milk, and a banana, and he wants to eat.
