Archus,
First, you would do the Colon Cleansing and after doing this program for 2 weeks, next you would do the 5-day Liver/Gall Bladder Program and lastly you would do the 5-day Kidney/Bladder Program. I would seperate the Red Clover and any other tea by an hour.
