Hey every1!
Just a quick question... Anybody knows what could be he best dose for high intoxication? I got Humifulvate because I am extremely intoxicated with Lead (6% till max level), Cadmium (7% till max) and Arsenic (12% till max). Mercury is all good. I also have enlarged lymph nodes for over 4 years now and on the 2 usg it shoowed they have a lot of blood vessels, so I'm a little worried.. I just got my "particle hair analysis" results back and it says I have : 2 little Potassium (-56%), Magnesium (-30%), Iron (-50%), Manganese (-42%) and Copper (-31%).... And it says that I have a fast metabolic rate so I need to take in a 3/1, fat/protein ratio and little carbohydrates... They advice animal fat like cooked bacon and fat parts of the pig, no chicken or turkey, no beef... I dont wanna take in a lot of animal fat, so do you see any other way of getting rid of this trash in my body (humifulvate?) What is best to eat? I heard that you can quickly get rid of Iron defficiency by putting a couple of nails through an apple and eating it 24h later... any info on this maybe? I also heard that enemas are good (coffee or ozone water... which is better??) all expert advice is blessed by my crazy soul :p
