I have been taking the mineral silicon in the form of orthosilicic acid (better absorption) for TMJ at the recommendation of Dennis Hardy, who has a forum here on CureZone. I haven't even taken it a month, and I have noticed a considerable difference. The pain of TMJ was getting to where it bothered me, and now I don't have that problem. The pain and grinding of teeth at night are much improved.
