That's very kind of you to say that and you're welcome. I wouldn't be where I am without the help of people on this forum.

I'm not sure which flush you are doing, Hulda Clark 's? If so, it says not to eat or drink past 2 pm, but please DO DRINK water or herb tea, even a laxative tea would be good. Not drinking is too hard on the kidneys. Drink as much as you want, it's fine, good in fact. And if you don't want to use olive oil, you can use flax oil. I use olive oil and fresh lemon juice. I'm lucky, I have neighbors with lemon trees!

I was nervous the first time I did a flush, but had no problems, I wish the same for you. Just follow the directions. Good Luck!
