Is chocolate high in magnesium then? Didn't know that. I have a craving for a 'walnut whip' at the moment. I'm not really eating chocolate now, unless it is just a thin coating on something. I haven't had one for years, so i don't know why. I also have a easter egg i never got around to giving to a relative, that is tempting me a bit, i'm thinking, its a bit late to give it now. I get annoyed with myself i give into all this commercialization and even buy Easter Eggs. I gave my son money instead, but still felt the need to buy for relatives that sort of expect it.

So i've been having mixed raw nuts to ward off the craving.
