Hi,

I've never taken alot of prescription drugs, well i did take activan, when my first marriage broke up years ago, and my doctor made me go cold turkey, Son of a ..... At the time they were getting critized for handing out tranqs and antidep like candy. So he just said no more, no weaning off or anything. I got agrophobia, and was a quivering wreck coming of them, i hope they are still not in my system.

I used to have a drink problem, and i agree about anger and the liver, it is a scary, out of the blue type of anger, very intense, that i don't normally feel. I got that whilst detoxing from alcohol. One minute i would feel calm and the next, like an erupting volcano.

Anyway, could any of this materialize whilst fasting. I don't think alcohol stores like drugs would. I just wonder if i will experience any of those old feelings i had whilst drinking and detoxing, maybe the alcohols gone but the emotions may still be there buried, the self loathing, Depression etc. A bit scary, but better out than in. I'll remember to retox if need be, good tip.
