I've said the same thing. People shouldn't say they have a concrete cure unless they have been cured. Either way I don't take peoples word unless I fully understand and agree with it, I don't just blindly follow.


However you can't deny that CF is getting results with melatonin, this links EC to an overproduction of cortisol. The adrenal glands produce cortisol so it only makes sense that those glands are imbalanced.


Its always better to get tested, but once again I wont be taking any hormones, just an adrenal support supplement. These should be 100% safe even if your glands are top shape.


I agree tho, some could be taking melatonin for nothing, the cause of certain peoples EC could be different than CF. Then again melatonin is used as a non-prescription sleep aid so I cant see it causing much damage either.


Overall I feel we are testing relatively safe supplements,
