I did the UT fast a year ago. I don't remember exactly how long. Perhaps 20 days.

I was obsessed with it. I had a skin disorder with diagnosis from eczema to lymphoma. I refused to use steroids and turned down the radiation the doctors suggested.

I instead went with UT. It worked miracles. The doctors could not believe the progress. Of course, I did not tell them what I had done. Except for a Korean Acupuncturist who was thrilled I brought it up. Said she cured herself of cancer using UT, but here in America it is too taboo to discuss.

I sometimes have mild presentations on my skin, but I know it is due to the unhealthy lifestyle I have adopted since being 'cured' of the cancer(I know how bad that sounds)

Trying to cut out meat again so I can go back to UT. Doubt I will fast, though.
