yeah, i know messing with hormone supplementation might not be the smartest thing and you guys are right getting tested is a must. I dont wanna start popping hormones i dont need and grow some man boobs like that guy from fight club lol. the only reason i dont want to get tested is im sick of doctors, i decided a few years back i was taking my health into my own hands and since then i have improved a lot.

so i think whats best for me is to only go with the adrenal support and not the melatonin, in my opinion the melatonin is only a temporary cure because it doesn't fix the underlying cause.

i will take a look for an adrenal support forumla that doesn't contain any hormones, typically support formulas are safe even for those who dont need them. all i can lose is my 10$ for the pills, nothing more.

you can see that CF did achieve very good results from using melatonin, this shows EC is linked very closely with stress. im going to take adrenal support to hopefully regulate my cortisol levels. however others claimed they got little to no results because their lips were still inflamed, since mine are as well i will have to take some extra supplements to help with that.

May 11th I should have my carbon fiber Far Infrared Sauna I ordered, that will help with general detox, heavy metal cleansing, increased blood flow, added immunity.. so much other crap to.. I cant wait :D
