Thank you for responding to my post.

First, I am a male, 53 years old, vegetarian since birth and raw vegetarian for 4 months. I a normally in very good health so this is a bit surprising for me.

My bowels move very regularly, but will take the formula. Which formula from Dr. Shulze's website should I take, #1, #2 or #3? As for the Herbal Therapy > Kidney/Bladder & Liver/Gallbladder, KB-Flush and L-GB Flush are easy to do. What about the tinctures for both KB and L-GB, can I buy them on the same site?

Red Clover is easy to get from many herbal places in NYC. How many drops should I take in a cup?
