I think maybe my detoxification pathways have become backed up. A few days ago, I developed edema -- I've never had that before. I've been doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 2.5 months and last week after starting myself on 6 drops/2x a day, I felt better than I ever remember feeling. Then, I got hit with the edema, which has made me feel lousy. I drink a lot of water, use a FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna and bounce on a rebounder daily to stimulate the lymphatic system. Two days ago, I added in a intro dose of Iodine w/ salt loading. Yesterday, I added in potassium, a milk thistle/dandelion combo, green tea, and cranberry juice to try and move some of this excess fluid out. There is a very slight improvement. Any other thoughts? TIA!
