I'm sure it's different for everyone.

My Sugar issues were reactive hypoglycemia and hyper insulinemia. The Iodine works for both hypo and hyper by normalizing your insulin function.

When I was at 50-100 per day it got alot better, but it still went a little off after 4-5 hours. It wasn't until I got into the really high doses that it stabilized 100 percent.

I bet the dosage levels are different for different people though. I would increase your dosage progressively until your blood Sugar readings normalize. Then stick with that dose.
