HI Aussiegirl,

I am on my 5th period and I felt for a while also on the square one again. It is unbelievable but 3 or 4 more people reported a setback/another Mirena crash... 4 -months post removal (or 4 and 5 th period). I hope that this is the sign that body is finally rebalancing.

I was felling so well already, I started to eat and I gained a few pounds... so I don't know maybe I contributed to the crash... estrogen likes fat cell. I am desperate enough so I bought the progesterone cream and I will using it a week (10 days) before my period next months to avoid (hopefully) another crash.

My body reacted to mirena after 9 months, so I am giving it 9 months to recover. If after a year (and that will be on Dec 22) post-removal I am still with so much anxiety ..for almost 1/3 of the months... I will consider AD.
