I am also 5 months post and I had a setback the last 3 days, yesterday was better and today feels fine so I don't know what the heck is going on, but it is so frustrating! I keep telling myself that tis will be the last time I feel crappy, but every month I have 1-7 days that I am just not normal. I hate it, When will it be over? I don't think that setbacks are uncommon, there have been recent post from other that have had a relapse during the 4-5 month.
