I OPed with sesame oil for the first time this morning. I had been using coconut oil for over 3 weeks. HOwever, not long after I OPed with sesame oil, my face started to get itchy. I have been suffering from eczema for a while and am in the middle of the whole cleansing protocol- colon, kidney etc

My nose is very itchy (on the outside), itchy between my eyes and my usual eye bags/dark circles feel worse. Are these symptoms from oil pulling with sesame oil? A cleansing reaction? I havent had the itchy nose in ages; I only usually get the itchy nose during warm/hot weather (it is cool now in Australia).

I have not had this reaction with coconut oil though in saying that, I wasnt sure if I was getting much from the coconut oil.
