all these cure books are good, but no one addressess that fact we are producing too many hormones in our intestines, and what u can eat and take, make a big difference in the chemistry here....

i work with a muscle tester, and ASKED him what i could do to get my serontonin levels down.... my test results were not very promising:( just got my 1st octeroscan done, and that took 2 doc., and a spec. to get it done, along with a protocol.
