i use liquid vit c and apply it topically twice a day...if i do it more the lips might swell. Vit C strengthens skin, thats why i introduced it to my treatment.

Regarding PS... i think the melatonin is the major difference maker. PS is expensive.. your welcome to try it out though. Balancing cortisol internally may mean healthy adrenal glands. Chronic cortisol causes Adrenal Fatigue. Some may have worse adrenal fatigue than other thus different symptoms. I know %100 that melatonin stops the skin piling up.
