The poster is asking a yoga question about establishing balance, and you an Indian native are suggesting a machine will replace the development of the body by hanging upside down in complete relaxation which is not yoga.

No Joke here.... Just trying to tell the poster about how I cured my balance problems....This question is cross-posted in "balance" forum as well not just yoga forum...

Yes I swear by Inversion therapy and Yoga therapy, more than all other therapies going around in CZ. I beleive good health comes from inside out.
