Maybe but the best advice for this is go to a chiropracter and get some sort of plan in conjuction with your table. Yoga has other means of correcting the brain and body as a unit.

Are you just looking for activity on your Inversion forum by this crosspost?

I believe i know your chiropractor and he does a lot of PI cases were you injured in an auto accident, or a fall? He would wait and take payment at the time of your settlement...and he is not that expensive if you pay for 4 sessions at a time.

It is worth it to see a chiropracter and then decide if the inversion table is for you
