To balance the human frame one need weight bearing exercises, my guru of inversion
In other words to begin to establish balance one would keep ones feet on the ground, this is the connection with the earth that grounds
But I will go so far as to say that some poses would not be able to be done by a beginner with balance issues. There are also floor exercises to establish balance or to begin to build the tripod of stabilization
To compare the inversion table to the poses you posted is ridiculous, but of course you know this, since you are versed in both technologies.
The poses you show are advanced and use muscles to support the frame, particularly the back and stomach. The balance is established by the muscles working in conjunction with the poses and the will of the participant.
The table does not require muscles to accomplish the same position which is not a yoga asana. Nice try but completely out of the yogic conversation, you of course must know this from your birth in India and lifelong exposure to yoga?
The poster is asking a yoga question about establishing balance, and you an Indian native are suggesting a machine will replace the development of the body by hanging upside down in complete relaxation which is not yoga.
Are you having a little joke?
Why aren't you posting in the Chiropractic forum? This would have legitamcy there
