I know exatcly what you mean, BUT everybody is different and i would rather give somebody no advice than the wrong advice, its just what i would prefer.

I kinda look at it like going to a dietition or fat camp, and the dietition being extremely over weight, or your instructor at fat camp being obease. It would make you think, hey maybe they do know what there on about but.....you get my point, which is a bit like this forum sometimes.
