Does anyone know or can refer me to sources which provide an outline for the fasting stages and what occurs at various stages during the fast?

I know that day 1-3 can be labeled as the initiation stage (body moving into ketosis). But at which stage does the body consume dead/bad cells associated with many diseases as we have all learned about?
