When I first started the lime water my pH increased then decreased. Now it seems the more lime I get the more acid my urine gets my pH will go back to a respectable alkaline if I dont use it. When I use the lime I get more aching in my legs in the morning time. I;d like to think the lime is pulling out or enabling the body to release acid, but during this time I cant seem to get my pH up high enough to conteract the acidity or raise the pH, also when I am acidic I get the leg/feet pain and cant sleep. Any ideas?
