My husband and I have been using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement since September 2007. We were both in relatively good health, but both noticed improvements (sleeping better, husband's sinuses cleared up, brain "fog" gone, etc.) We both did a 15 drop 2x a day regimen for 2 weeks, and are now on a maintenance dose of 8-10 drops a few times a week. My husband experienced quite a bit of nausea and some D at the start. I vomitted twice (around Christmas, lots of bugs going around, probably killed something off). I had a case of conjunctivitis pop up a month or so ago, but I took 10 drops 3 times in one day, and it was gone by the next day - usually hung around at least 5 days before. We have recommended it to many friends..some gave up, unfortunately, but some have really noticed health improvements (allergies gone, increased energy, aches and pains gone). Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will continue to be an important part of our health regimen, and we value it as a great tool in our "health chest".
