Hi, what is "dry fasting?" I'm assuming no water, or anything?

I finally started my Water Fast again, I broke so many after a week of fasting and have really beaten myself over it and now have finally started for real this time, no more failures! Today is officially my 3rd day of 30 days (or 40...not sure yet). I have a long way to go but nonetheless, excited. About time I stopped fooling myself, hehe. Back on track!
