Interesting that you had "the runs". How long would that last after you fasted. Was it beginning or middle of post fast? Based on some of the green/yellow colors, makes me think there is or was a liver/gallbladder issue. Never had diagnosis or real problems with that area of the body. My friend suggested "leaky gut" today. The undigested material made me wonder if that was possibility. Maybe my gut did not heal during the fast... I had alot of gut pain at times, but considered all par for the course so to speak...
